Project Jotun

Project Jotun is a unique undertaking, which is provided by Twisted Viking with the help from the local clan, North West Heathens and various kindreds, groups and pagan societies around the UK. we have been providing much needed help to some local agricultural, meadow and woodland who have been struggling to mainain during the pandemic and beyond. our first outing saw us remove some racing pine trees from around several native broad leaf trees that were being hindered by the fast growing species. We do not plan to remove all pine, but merely control their numbers to provide a harmonious balance between the different species of trees and produce some life-giving light to the meadow floor.

Forest work is not the only thing planned for the project. we aim to provide nature walks through forests and meadowland, up rock crags and into caves, we want to provide buschcraft, survival skills workshops and forest schools. As a military veteran, i know how important these things have been to me during my recovery and want to share the same with whoever is in need of it
